Coaching and Service Agreement Essencia Journeys
This Coaching & Services Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing participation in services, coaching, digital products, educational materials, and related offerings provided by Essencia Journeys (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing, booking, accessing, or participating in any services provided by Essencia Journeys, you (“Client” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Essencia Journeys provides coaching, mentorship, personal development support, mindset and identity-focused guidance, educational resources, digital products, and related services designed to support personal growth, clarity, aligned action, and sustainable transformation.
Services may include:
coaching sessions
personalized resources or roadmaps
digital products
guided experiences
workshops
educational materials
downloadable resources
Specific details of purchased services may vary by offer.
Essencia Journeys provides coaching and educational services only.
Our services are not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advising, crisis support, or healthcare services of any kind.
Participation in services does not establish a therapist-client, medical, legal, or fiduciary relationship.
Clients are encouraged to seek licensed professional support where appropriate.
Essencia Journeys does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial success, personal transformation, business growth, emotional results, or life changes.
Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, consistency, readiness, external factors, and personal responsibility.
All services, guidance, and materials are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
Client acknowledges that coaching and personal development services involve personal reflection, behavioral change, decision-making, and self-directed action.
Client accepts full responsibility for their choices, actions, results, well-being, and participation during and after engagement with Essencia Journeys services.
Due to the digital, personalized, educational, and time-based nature of services provided by Essencia Journeys, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds will not be provided for:
completed sessions
missed appointments
digital products
downloadable materials
personalized resources
custom support
partially completed programs or services
If a client voluntarily discontinues participation in a service or package, remaining unused portions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending sessions on time.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered forfeited.
Clients arriving late understand that sessions may still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when reasonably possible.
Unless otherwise stated within a specific offer, communication and support are limited to scheduled sessions and designated communication channels.
Essencia Journeys does not provide:
unlimited on-demand access
crisis support
emergency services
continuous messaging support outside agreed service boundaries
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated respectfully and kept confidential to the best of our ability unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.
Clients also agree to respect the privacy, intellectual property, and proprietary materials provided by Essencia Journeys.
All materials, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, guides, templates, exercises, digital products, educational resources, and content provided by Essencia Journeys remain the intellectual property of Essencia Journeys unless otherwise stated in writing.
Digital products and materials are intended for individual use only and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, shared, published, or used commercially without written permission.
Essencia Journeys, its owners, and its employees, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, business, or personal damages resulting from participation in services, coaching sessions, digital products, educational materials, or related offerings.
Client participates voluntarily and assumes full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Essencia Journeys reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services at any time if:
boundaries are repeatedly violated
communication becomes abusive or inappropriate
the coaching relationship is no longer productive or aligned
the client requires support outside the scope of coaching services
No modification or amendment to this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
By purchasing, booking, accessing, or participating in services provided by Essencia Journeys, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Coaching & Services Agreement.
