As women, we’re taught to push harder, overthink every move, and keep trying to fix ourselves when things aren’t working. We might start strong, lose momentum, second-guess everything, and end up feeling like we’re the problem.
I was that woman, too. I found myself burned out, stuck, and in a cycle of trying to start over - over and over again.
No matter how much I tried to force myself into the systems of hustle culture that were never intended for us, nothing actually worked and it felt like I was constantly on go for very little in return.
The shift came when I realized I wasn’t failing the system, the system was failing me.
It was the way I was thinking, moving, and trying to build my life.
Essencia Journeys was built from that shift.
